NCO Group Adding Over 600 Work at Home Positions in Kansas City Area
HORSHAM, PA, Apr 02, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --
NCO Group, Inc. ("NCO" or the "Company"), a leading provider of
business process outsourcing services, announced today that it will
hire over 600 individuals for its Customer Contact Center located
near Kansas City, Kansas. All positions are Work at Home positions
and will coincide with a program expansion for a leading global
telecommunications client.
NCO's Work at Home model is deployed across North America serving
multiple clients in several vertical markets and customer contact
types. For this program expansion in Kansas City, employment
opportunities will be for inbound customer service contacts assisting
customers with their payments. NCO employees will undergo a four-week
training program from an on-site facility located near Kansas City.
Following this training, representatives will work from home using a
combination of a personal computer and phone. NCO will deploy
industry recognized virtual learning and management tools customized
for the Work at Home model. NCO will also deploy its proprietary Work
at Home technical infrastructure to facilitate program transactions,
customer interactions, reporting, and data security.

Applications are being accepted for immediate openings. Positions are
full-time, offer a complete employment benefit package, and are
expected to continue over the next several months. NCO is working
closely with Workforce Partnership of Kansas to help coordinate the
job application process. Workforce Partnership will host job fairs on
Tuesday, April 3rd from 9 am to 3 pm and Thursday, April 5th from 2
pm to 6:30 pm. Workforce Partnership is located at 9221Quivira Road,
