Nashville Recording Artist Rachel Holder Helps Launch National No Text and Drive CampaignDALLAS, Dec. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Texting and driving has become a national epidemic that causes 11 teen deaths every day in the United States.
