[November 09, 2009] 'MTS introduces new payments control system' Tweet (DMeurope Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Russian mobile operator MTS has introduced a new payments control system. The End2End system has been designed by Russian IT company Bell Integrator and can solve around 200 incidents related to payments for mobile connection services daily. The system is already monitoring approximately 80 percent of transactions performed by MTS customers.
