More Than 20 New Technologies on Display at $100,000 Shale Gas Energy Innovation Contest Finals


PITTSBURGH --(Business Wire)--

A broad range of technologies will be on display on May 15, 2014, at the Third Annual Shale Gas Innovation Contest. Four winners of the contest will each walk away with a check for $25,000. The 13 Finalists will be joined by 11 Exhibitors during a reception that immediately follows the finalist presentations and naming of the winners at this free event.

The Finals Event will be held from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Southpointe, PA. The event will also include an Innovation Panel featuring Kemal Anbarci, Vice President & Managing Executive, Chevron (News - Alert) Technology Ventures, Richard Hall, Global Marketing Director, GE Oil & Gas, and Uday Turaga, CEO, ADI Analytics. Additionally, Matt Henderson from the Marcellus Center for Outreach & Research (PSU MCO) will provide a snapshot of the regional shale energy play.
