More Than 17,200 Attendees Converge At GLOBALCOMM(TM) 2006

CHICAGO --(Business Wire)-- June 7, 2006 -- Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) President Matt Flanigan released the following statement on audited attendance figures for GLOBALCOMM(TM) 2006:

"Over the past three and a half days the Telecommunications Industry Association's audited GLOBALCOMM, the next-generation communications marketplace and summit, has drawn more than 17,200 attendees who are connecting, converging and completing deals at the show. When it comes to doing business with the entire buying-selling chain in the global communications and IT industry, ICT professionals who are attending the premier tradeshow for the industry have proven that GLOBALCOMM at Chicago's McCormick Place is the place to be this June. Our planning already has begun for the next show, so please mark your calendars for June 18-21, 2007, Monday thru Thursday, when GLOBALCOMM returns right here at McCormick Place. This is a slight change from earlier advertising. At the request of many exhibitors, we have moved the 2007 event back to a Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday schedule."
