"We are very excited to add Glenn to our strong team," stated Jim Wolf, Managing Partner at Meridian. "Glenn is one of the leading executive compensation experts in Silicon Valley, having advised many prominent technology companies. Cmpanies in any industry will benefit greatly from his knowledge, experience, and creativity."

"I am thrilled to be joining Meridian, whose consultants are leading national experts on executive compensation and good corporate governance," said Borromeo. Before that, he was a senior counsel with two prominent Silicon Valley law firms. He was named one of the Top Compensation Lawyers in Silicon Valley by his peers in a survey for Bay Area magazine.

Borromeo is a frequent speaker and author on effective leadership, good corporate governance, and the strategic design of executive and director compensation. His book, Powerful Pay - Driving Company Growth with Smart Compensation, is scheduled to be published in the spring of 2012.
