Lufkin Industries Announces Second Quarter 2012 Earnings Release and Conference Call Schedule

LUFKIN, Texas, July 12, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Lufkin Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: LUFK) today announced that it will release its second quarter 2012 financial results before the market opens on Thursday, August 2. In conjunction with the release, Lufkin has scheduled a conference call that will be broadcast live over the Internet the same day starting at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time). Investors may participate in the call either by phone or audio webcast.

By Phone: Dial 1-480-629-9643 approximately 10 minutes before the call and ask for the Lufkin Industries call. A telephone replay will be available through August 16 by dialing 1-303-590-3030 and using the access code 4552144#.
