Lonmin appoints Beamish to chair(City A.M. (UK) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ? South African platinum miner Lonmin yesterday announced the appointment of former Anglo American mining and technology director Brian Beamish as chairman, having taken over from longstanding chair Roger Phillimore as interim chairman in May.
