Logic PD Appoints Jason Voiovich Chief Customer Officer


Logic PD, a complete product lifecycle solutions company for the digital world, announced today the promotion of Jason Voiovich to the position of Chief Customer Officer (CCO). Prior to the appointment, Voiovich served as the company's Vice President of Marketing, Research and Analytics Services. In his new role, Voiovich will spearhead all global marketing, business development and customer-facing initiatives, with an emphasis on creating strategic plans to support customer's growth initiatives.

As Logic PD (News - Alert) continues to drive its capabilities and investments to meet the needs of demanding markets such as medical and aerospace/defense, Voiovich will build specific expertise to support each account with a strategic focus. This partnership will look at the best way for both Logic PD and the client to be successful and help the customer receive the most value from their product development and lifecycle initiatives. A key element of his charter is the integration of user, technology and business requirements to transfer traditional products into connected, smart products to compete in the digital world.

In his expanded role, Voiovich is responsible for strategic account acquisition, retention and profitability. He will also lead all new business engagements within Logic PD including the research, communications, account management and proposals teams. He will retain responsibility for the company's marketing efforts as well as continue leading Logic PD's Analytics and Research division.

"The digital world of connected devices has created an environment where knowing your customer and anticipating their needs is a critical component for business survival," said Voiovich. "The function of marketing and market intelligence has been tied even more firmly to the wider business performance. In the CCO role at Logic PD, it is my mission to create an environment where we - and our customers - will have the tools to be successful."


Voiovich joined Logic PD in 2012 as Director of Marketing and was promoted to Vice President of Marketing the following year. In late 2014, his responsibilities expanded to include the development of the company's Analytics and Research capabilities.

Voiovich came to Logic PD from AbleNet where, as Vice President of Marketing, he was responsible for driving a quarter of the company's revenue through direct and emerging channels. Prior to AbleNet, he founded Ecra Creative Group, a Minneapolis-based marketing intelligence and brand development agency. For more than a decade, his agency provided market intelligence and product launch consulting as well as traditional marketing services to clients that included Target (News - Alert) Corp, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Guidant (Boston Scientific), and Michael Foods along with dozens of start-ups and mid-sized firms.

An expert in marketing intelligence and research, specializing in competitive intelligence, new venture strategy, brand valuation and business modeling, Voiovich is a sought after speaker and article contributor on a multitude of topics. He also serves as an advisor to the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire's Entrepreneur Program.

Voiovich received his B.S. in Communications from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, his M.A. in Strategic Communications from the University of Minnesota, and Executive Education in data analytics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

He resides in Shoreview, Minn. with his wife and two children.
