Livedoor to sell contents planning subsidiary for 300 million yen+(Japan Economic Newswire Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge)TOKYO, April 24_(Kyodo) _ Livedoor Co. said Monday it will sell all of its shares in its subsidiary Network and Security Research Institute Co. to the Tokyo-based software company Cybozu Corp. for 300 million yen. Livedoor's stake accounts for 92.8 percent of all shares in Network and Security, a contents planning firm.
