Link Analytics Expands Its Commitment to Community Involvement With Children's Healthcare of Atlanta

ATLANTA, GA, Nov 11, 2013 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- Continuing its commitment to supporting the community, Link Analytics -- an Atlanta-based Big Data Analytics technology company -- is proud to support Children's Healthcare of Atlanta through a multi-pronged approach to giving back.

Dr. Will Hakes, Link Analytics Co-Founder and CEO, says Link has formed a truly one-of-a-kind partnership with Children's Healthcare with a three-pronged approach that includes financial support, team involvement, and pro bono database work.

According to Hakes, "We believe that in order to have the greatest and longest-lasting impact to this phenomenal organization, we needed an approach that cut across multiple levels of 'giving back.' We are extremely proud to be able to help an organization that's near and dear to our hearts." As a financial contributor to the Beyond the Cure Survivor Program, Link Analytics is funding both a think tank that gathers around issues of cancer survivorship for children, as well as college scholarships for these childhood cancer survivors who have demonstrated the ability to overcome the challenges of cancer with determination and motivation. Link will be funding this initiative for two years.

As a way to engage the entire team, Link will be leading several 'Fun Factory' events where Link employees will interact with patients and families of Children's Healthcare with age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, and storytelling. These Fun Factory events happen at the Zone, which is an area for play and relaxation for patients and families located at Scottish Rite.

Link will also help Children's Healthcare optimize their fundraising initiatives by providing analytical talent, tools, and solutions to help Children's leverage the value of their donor and volunteer database. This pro bono work will facilitate their efforts to secure long-term customer relationships and additional funding from Children's Healthcare supporters who are most likely to donate again.

"We really couldn't ask for a better community partner than Link.

Their three-pronged approach of funding, time, and talent is so impactful and we can truly say that it will have a long-lasting effect for kids today and tomorrow -- and that's what it's all about.

We're looking forward to accomplishing great things with Link," says Lucy Klausner, Director of Development and Strategic Partnerships at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
