Mr Kassir will be working under the direct supervision of the general manager. A Leba-nese national, Mr Kassir holds a masters degree in hotel management from the College of Commerce in Paris and a post-graduate diploma in marketing. His professional experience extends to 15 years, including management positions in five-star hotels in many countries. "The appointment is in line with the hotel's plan of development and modernisation," Gulf Hotel Bahrain general manager Rahim Abu Omar said.
