MONTRÉAL, Jan. 14, 2019 /CNW/ - Bell Media announced today the appointment of Karine Moses as President, Bell Media Québec, effective immediately. Based in Montréal, Moses' new role encompasses all programming, production, and scheduling operations for Bell Media's French-language TV properties including RDS. Reporting to Randy Lennox, President, Bell Media, Moses continues to lead Bell Media's Astral division and retains her current sales responsibilities in Québec.

Today's announcement follows Gerry Frappier's decision to retire on March 31, 2019. Formerly President, French-language TV and RDS, Frappier will remain with Bell Media as a Special Advisor during the transition and leading up to his retirement.

Moses has been with Bell for more than 20 years. She was most recently President of Astral, Bell Media's out-of-home advertising division, while also serving as Vice-President of Bell Media Sales in Québec since 2016, managing revenues and sales teams in the province. For her full bio click here.
