ABOUT THIS YEAR'S FORUM
Health systems today are working on providing the safest care possible while also offering better quality, a better experience, and greater value to payers and patients alike. At the same time, health care providers are increasingly focused on population health in order to have a much greater impact on the health of patients and communities. To do this well requires a much broader lens and new partnerships with those who have experience addressing the social and economic needs of individuals and communities along with health inequities. All these actors and issues will be part of the 28th Annual National Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care as the improvement community comes together to learn from one another and to develop more inclusive and expansive strategies to support better health and health care and to achieve equity.

CONFERENCE HIGHLIGHTS
