Jim Glab Joins Objective Paradigm

Objective Paradigm (OP) announced today that Jim Glab has been hired as director of recruiting. This position was created specifically for Glab, who will focus on the development of OP's recruiters through training and coaching on best practices. Before joining OP, Glab spent the early days of his career as an IT and pharmacy recruiter and steadily worked his way into a director position.

Since opening its doors in 1999, Objective Paradigm has exponentially grown its internal team. With OP continuing to add more recruiters, Glab will be charged with implementing a uniform onboarding process that will equip every recruiter to effectively and passionately serve Objective Paradigm's clients. Recruiters at OP and its sister company, Talution Group, have the opportunity to partner with some of the world's best-known companies who ar seeking tech talent -- Glab will ensure they are ready for the challenge.

Glab's hire continues OP's recent push to strengthen its leadership team. Evan Pollock was promoted to managing partner to build out its executive team, and a leading HFT recruiter, Thomas Burrell, was added to the Direct Hire practice.
