iSIGN Media Announces a 1,000 Smart Antenna Purchase Order

TORONTO, Sept. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ - iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX-V: ISD) (OTC: ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile messaging solutions for commercial and security purposes announces receipt of a purchase order for 1,000 Smart Antennas from its Las Vegas reseller, 21^st Century Moves, LLC.

This purchase order is the result of research & development of a Mobile Smart Antenna Solution operating in the Las Vegas area.  The Smart Antennas purchased for that pilot program took place in July, with installation and testing commencing in August.

The pilot program is showing promise for 21^st Century Moves and partners, Hi-Tek Media Creations and It's You and Me, LLC (jointly the "Parties"), who are working together to promote security benefits and sell advertising on the Smart Antenna network they are developing.

The Parties' immediate intention is to provide the Mobile Smart Antenna Solution along with stationary installations in hotels, casinos and other municipal structures for both commercial messaging and Security Alert Messaging ("SAM") throughout Las Vegas, NV.  The Parties recognize these installations fit within the city's plans to become a Digital Safe City.  Additionally, the Parties have identified a list of 23 cities across the United States for expansion.

The value of this hardware order is $500,000 USD plus the value of any ancillary equipment that may be required.  Additionally, there will be monthly fees for commercial messaging as well as for security messaging.   Delivery of the ordered Smart Antennas will be scheduled at the pace in which 21^st Century Moves; It's You and Me and Hi-Tek Media Creations arrange for installations with their client base throughout the remainder of the year and into 2019.
