IRDA TO ALIGN DISCLOSURE NORMS WITH COMPANIES ACT(Indian Business Insight Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) has set up a 12-member panel in its bid to align its corporate governance and disclosure norms in line with the new Companies Act. According to IRDA, the task set for the panel is to bring harmony between the IRDA Corporate Governance Guidelines and Disclosures with Companies Act, 2013. |
