IQ Services Introduces Investment Protection Program

(Wireless News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge)
IQ Services, a provider of managed testing services for contact center
and communications solutions, announced the availability of its
Investment Protection Program for Contact Center and Communication
Solutions, which is designed to help businesses get the most out of
their communication technology and infrastructure.

According to company officials, the Investment Protection Program
allows solution owners to manage and control financial, schedule and
technical risks with proactive planning, testing and monitoring
throughout the five stages of the communication solution life cycle -
planning, development, deployment, production and evolution.

"The question isn't about whether or not there will be issues. The
question is how can we detect and address issues as early as possible
to avoid all or as much customer impact and unexpected cost as
possible," says IQ Services' President and CEO, Jim Jenkins. "The
earlier you catch and resolve the issues, the better your return. So as
an executive or business-level manager, you must have a way to observe,
tune and verify solution performance throughout the life cycle to
ensure you are minimizing risk, meeting customer expectations and
ultimately getting what you paid for. The Investment Protection Program
provides a life cycle approach to testing and monitoring that allows IQ
Services to deliver the best possible value to our customers so they
can deliver the best possible experience to their customers."

IQ Services said the Investment Protection Program identifies the areas
of greatest and lowest risk for your solution, throughout the life
cycle.
