Investigation report on attack on Sri Lankan Cricket not handed over to HC: Interior MinistryIslamabad, Mar 26, 2009 (Asia Pulse Data Source via COMTEX) -- The spokesman of Ministry of Interior has denied and termed it absolutely baseless and concocted news item carried by print and electric media regarding handing over investigation report on attack on Sri Lankan Cricket to H.E. Jayalath Weerakkody, Sri Lankan High Commissioner during his meeting with Adviser on Interior at Ministry of Interior. The spokesman has further added that the investigation is being carried out by Government of the Punjab. No conclusive investigation report has been compiled as yet. The print and electronic media is requested not to speculate on the investigation till the government officially communicates the contents and finalize the investigation report. |
