IntraNext to Demonstrate iGuard™ Call Center Solution at 2015 CNP Expo


ENGLEWOOD, Colo., May 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- IntraNext (www.intranext.com), a leading provider of call center workflow solutions, announced today it will showcase its iGuard call center security solution at the upcoming 2015 CNP Expo being held May 18-21 in Orlando, Florida.

iGuard utilizes dual tone multi-frequency signaling (DTMF) that allows customers to enter their information via touchtone while a live agent remains on the line. DTMF technology offers a more efficient and secure process that greatly reduces the risk of theft or misplacement of personal information. IntraNext Vice President of Client Relations George McDonough will present a call center case study demonstration of this DTMF technology at the expo on Tuesday, May 19th from 4:40 to 5:00 PM. The demonstration will showcase the technology's ability to securely manage PII while enabling the personal service that comes with a live agent call.

IntraNext President Patrick Brown will also speak at the conference as part of a panel discussion titled "All our representatives are busy right now," on Wdnesday, May 20th from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM. The panel will be chaired by other industry leaders from Semafone, Eckoh, Amica and moderated by a representative from Transaction Network Services (TNS). The discussion will cover the security vulnerabilities that exist with call center websites and how PCI rules are pushing centers to address compliance weaknesses.
