INTERNATIONAL BANCSHARES CORP FILES (8-K) Disclosing Other Events, Financial Statements and Exhibits(Edgar Glimpses Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Item 8.01 Other Events On September 22, 2014 International Bancshares Corporation ("IBC") issued a news release announcing that on September 18, 2014, IBC's Board of Directors approved the declaration of a twenty seven cents per share cash dividend for all holders of Common Stock, $1.00 par value, of record on September 30, 2014. The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2014. The dividend reflects an increase of 8% per share over IBC's most recent cash dividend.
