Apr 17, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) --
Interactive Intelligence Group Inc., a provider of unified IP business communications solutions, announced it is hosting a free Web event titled "Cloud-based Contact Center and Unified Communications: Is it Right for Your Business?"
This 90-minute educational webcast, held April 24, at 11:30 a.m. Eastern time (EDT), is for contact center managers, IT directors, CIOs, and anyone considering moving their business communications solution to the cloud.
According to a release, the webcast, already attracting approximately 700 pre-registrants, will feature:
-Michael DeSalles, principal analyst, contact centers, Frost & Sullivan - DeSalles is a veteran in the contact center market who will share best practices for selecting and deploying cloud-based communications solutions.
-Donna Fluss, president and founder, DMG Consulting - Fluss will draw on her more than 27 years of contact center experience to help attendees determine the cost of a cloud-based offering and how that compares to premise-based alternatives.
-Joe Staples, senior vice president, Interactive Intelligence - Staples will use his 25-plus years of technology experience to provide insight into the key benefits of cloud-based solutions and how organizations can best take advantage of them.
"With many industry experts predicting the cloud-based contact center market to grow 20 percent this year, we felt this was a very timely topic for a webcast," Staples said. "By bringing together seasoned authorities to share their insights into the cloud-based communications market, we hope to help attendees better navigate this fast-growing market so they can bring a competitive edge to their business."
