Integrated Research, Creators of Prognosis, Unveils IR Brand and New Predictive Analytics

No matter how many underlying systems are affected and alerts generated, operators can now focus on a single incident without losing it in a scrolling window. The root cause is clearly identified along with a list of downstream impacts. Furthermore, closing the ticket is automatic as Prognosis detects service restoration and confirms root cause and downstream impacts have been resolved.
