INSIDE Secure Finalizes Its Partnership Agreement with Presto Engineering

INSIDE Secure (Euronext INSD.PA) (Paris:INSD), a leader in embedded security solutions for mobile and connected devices, announces that it has completed its partnership agreement with Presto Engineering Inc. as intended.

With this partnership, which had been previously announced on April 15, 2015, INSIDE Secure has transferred its France-based semiconductor operations and its worldwide supply-chain management to Presto Engineering Inc., a leader in semiconductor industrialization and production services, together with a team of about 40 people. In return, Presto Engineering Inc. will provide semiconductor engineering and supply-chain management services to INSIDE Secure, through a multi-year service agreement.

This transfer and services agreement is a key milestone of INSIDE Secure's strategy to focus its hardware business onchip architecture, design and certification along with its associated marketing and sales. The agreement also marks another step in the transformation of the company into a leader in embedded security, with a focus on offering high value added security solutions tailor-made for customers from a portfolio of over 700 patents and a unique mix of intellectual property components, software and hardware.
