Innovus Pharma Receives Approval from Health Canada for Vesele as a Natural Health Product

Innovus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Innovus Pharma" or the "Company") (OTCQB Venture Market: INNV), an emerging commercial-stage pharmaceutical company that delivers safe, innovative and effective over-the-counter medicine and consumer care products to improve men's and women's health and respiratory diseases, today announced that it has received approval from Health Canada to market its best-selling, clinically proven Vesele® product as a Natural Health Product ("NHP") to help improve nitric oxide production involved in symptoms of sexual dysfunction. Vesele® will be available over-the-counter ("OTC") in 120 capsule bottles in Canada and will not require a prescription. The product will not be reimbursed by the Canadian government, therefore, the Company will be able to set the retail price as it does in the United States. The Company expects to directly launch the product itself through its Beyond Human® sales and marketing platform currently being set up in Canada and through other sales channels.
