[November 09, 2009] inContact reports Q3 net loss Tweet Nov 09, 2009 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- inContact, a provider of on-demand contact center software and agent optimization tools, has reported a net loss of $553,000, or $0.02 per share, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009, compared to a net loss of $2 million, or $0.07 per share, in the third quarter of 2008. For the third quarter of 2009, total revenues were $20.95 million, compared to $19.8 million in the third quarter of 2008. For the first nine months ended September 30, 2009, total revenues were $63.38 million, compared to $58.97 million in the same period of 2008. Net loss was $3.25 million, or $0.10 per share, compared to a net loss of $7.92 million, or $0.26 per share, in the same period of 2008.
