IMPAQ International Acquires Communications Solutions Firm

COLUMBIA, Md., July 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, IMPAQ International announced its acquisition of the assets of Educational Services, Inc. (ESI).

IMPAQ is a rapidly growing public policy research, evaluation, and program implementation firm, and this acquisition will add information dissemination, conference management, training, and eLearning services to the company's solutions portfolio.

"At our core, IMPAQ is a research and evaluation organization, and over the past few years we have grown our offerings to include value-added services around technology, analytics, and program implementation. This acquisition will allow us to continue expanding our offerings, both to our existing customers and to new government agencies and programs," said IMPAQ President Mr. Avi Benus.

ESI employees will become IMPAQ's Communications Solutions business unit, under the newly created Center for Technology, Data Collection and Dissemination. Ms. Kristi Merritt will lead the new business unit as Vice President, Communication Solutions, and will report to Ms. Tina Barretto, Executive Vice President.
