Integrated Broadband Services (IBBS) has also extended its current services contract for an additional four years with Baja. Ricky Moore, vice president for telephony, data, and enterprise IT at Baja Broadband, said: "IBBS's billing integrated software solution and call center services enables Baja to provide its subscribers with a more streamlined process for provisioning internet and phone services and improve the customer service experience when troubleshooting issues and scheduling service calls is required.
