Hilti North America Receives Gold Contact Center Employer of Choice(R) Certification Award

CCEOC Inc. announced today that the Hilti Customer Service Contact Center operation has achieved the prestigious Gold level Contact Center Employer of Choice? (CCEOC) designation. More than 240 employees from two sites located in Tulsa, Okla., and Mississauga, Ontario, participated in the certification assessment.



Hilti's Customer Service team joins an elite group of contact centers recognized by this unique designation. Through the Contact Center Employer of Choice? certification program, Hilti Customer Service will be able to address key areas for improvement that will have sustained impact on its culture. Being recognized as a certified Contact Center Employer of Choice? creates positive brand recognition and global positioning as a people-focused organization.

The designation is valid for 12 months. Companies are evaluated on an annual basis to determine their CCEOC standing for that year.
