Health Partners Medicare Serves More Than 10k Members

Health Partners Plans (HPP) continues to serve more residents throughout Philadelphia and exceed expectations through unprecedented growth. One year after its launch, Health Partners Medicare has grown to more than 10,000 members.

HPP offers a wide variety of affordable benefit options through four Medicare Advantage plans in Philadelphia: Health Partners Medicare Basic, Health Partners Medicare Prime, Health Partners Medicare PrimePlus and Health Partners Medicare Special.

To answer questions, explain benefits and enroll residents, Health Partners Medicar representatives conduct home visits, information sessions and meetings at HPP's offices and in the community. In addition, a HPP-branded state-of-the-art mobile office travels throughout Philadelphia and provides information and enrollment support to residents, with HPP sales representatives on board to help residents find the plan that best fits their needs.
