Gregory Steps Down As Pomeroy IT Solutions CFO

July 21, 2008 (FinancialWire) Pomeroy IT Solutions (NASDAQ: PMRY)
(Current Market Cap: US$45.34 Mil.) said it has accepted the
resignation of Kevin G. Gregory as its chief financial officer. Gregory
will remain with the company until July 31 to assist with the
transition to his successor, Craig Propst, who will be appointed
interim chief financial officer and be given the opportunity to assume
this role on a permanent basis.
Propst has served as Pomeroy s VP and treasurer since March 2008 and
has been responsible for the financial areas of cash management,
treasury, and financial planning and analysis. He was previously
employed by Software Spectrum, a software reseller, where he served as
VP of finance for Europe, Middle East and Africa during his three year
tenure.
