Golden Nugget Lake Charles Chooses Comprehensive Agilysys Suite to Optimize Efficiency, Deliver a Memorable Guest Experience

Agilysys,

Golden Nugget Lake Charles has selected a comprehensive software suite
from the company, including solutions for property management, event
ticketing, golf management, self-service check-in and document
management. The new 740-room casino resort, located in Lake Charles,
La., is scheduled to open later this year. Several other Golden Nugget
properties also use Agilysys solutions.

Golden Nugget Lake Charles is implementing the following Agilysys
software solutions:

Agilysys
Lodging Management System® (LMS), a
comprehensive property management solution that leverages Web services
to deliver maximum flexibility and ease of use. Recognized as one of
the hospitality industry's most powerful and fully featured property
management systems, LMS® automates every aspect of hotel operations -
from reservations and credit card processing to accounting and
housekeeping. The property also will use several LMS modules,
including: LMS Accounts Receivable, a flexible menu-driven package
that boosts operational efficiency and revenue collection; LMS
ShowGate, an integrated event ticketing solution with total venue
management capability; LMS ShowNet, a Web-based ticket purchasing
system; LMS ResNet, a Web-based real-time reservation system; and
Guest Express Kiosk, a self-service solution that enables guests to
check in, receive an encoded room key, check out and obtain a receipt,
all without having to wait in line at the front desk.

GolfPro, a state-of-the-art solution that enables total
management of golf course operations, including tee time scheduling,
member billing, tournament management, and Web and email access. The
solution has an industry-standard interface, allowing properties to
move golfers to new time slots in order to maximize course utilization.

Insight™ Mobile Manager, a mobile dashboard application
that enables hotel managers to view key information about the property
quickly and easily from a mobile device. The application contains
panels of strategically organized data, including remaining arrivals
and departures, VIPs, total guests, rooms, house status, housekeeping,
revenue, groups, group rooms remaining and reservation summary. Users
simply tap on each panel to drill down and obtain more detailed
information. Insight Mobile Manager integrates fully with the LMS
property management solution and accesses the user credentials and
security protocols established in the PMS host to streamline system
management.

DataMagine™, a document management solution that
transforms paper records into electronic images that are then archived
for on-demand access. The software's U.S. -patented imaging module
integrates seamlessly with business applications, usually without
writing or changing a single line of code, resulting in a fast
implementation and return on investment. Features of the DataMagine
solution include electronic document routing, instant data delivery,
individual permission levels and remote on-demand data access.
Optional modules include electronic registration, signature capture
and ID scanning.

Golden Nugget Lake Charles, a $600 million investment, will be one of
the most luxurious gaming resorts outside of the Las Vegas strip,
featuring 740 luxury rooms and suites, an 18-hole championship golf
course, a world-class spa, extensive retail options, a number of
Landry's signature restaurants, an 18,000-square-foot ballroom, 30,000
square feet of meeting space, and a private beachfront and marina. An
innovative casino floor will feature 60 table games, a state-of-the-art
poker room and 1,600 of the newest slot machines in the world. Golden
Nugget Lake Charles, the fifth Golden Nugget property, is slated to open
December 2014.
