Global CTI Group Announces Strategic Realignment
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Global CTI Group ("GCTI") announced today a new structure designed to increase value to its clients, its business partners and itself. GCTI has been carefully evaluating its strongest competencies and talent to identify how to best leverage and apply the strengths that Global has brought to the market throughout Southern and Central California and across the country.
GCTI will be splitting into two distinct and independent divisions -- National Accounts, which will focus entirely on the Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO) partnership, and Emerging Markets, which will focus on other manufacturer partners such as NEC. The restructuring plan calls for continued evaluation as Global brings these resources to market from this model, leading to an evolution that should continue through the end of the calendar year as Global continues to acquire and align the best resources for maximum value to its business, its partners and its clients.
Three benefits of this new structure include: 1) a unique division that can focus entirely on Cisco from Design, Sales, Implementation and Support levels and one division for other manufacturer partners such as NEC; 2) a dynamic and proven engineering and sales team, led by the leadership tandem of Chris Dodkin, VP Sales, and Chris Goulding, VP Engineering, that has been responsible for closing millions of dollars in Cisco business; and 3) improved profitability for the business and business partners and increased realized value for clients.
"We have aggressive, but attainable, revenue goals for our five-year plan," Chris Dodkin explained. "This model will improve our Cisco offering and enable us to make huge strides within the Cisco space as we continue on our plan to grow our Commercial and Public Sector business exponentially with professional services and solution sales. The integration of the engineering team and the focused sales team creates a more efficient Design-to-Implementation process that leads to shorter sales cycles and the more effective implementations for which the National Accounts team has become known. There will be more focus on an engineering-led sales process, leveraging team members who have an excellent balance of engineering and sales skills."
David Kaiser, Global CTI Group president, added, "This will allow us to take advantage of the success we've had as a Cisco Gold partner, but additionally, this gives us flexibility to enable that practice to grow and still serve clients we've established through other manufacturer-partners. Brian Brunette, Director of Operations, Santi Oloriz, Director of Sales-South, and John Richardson, Director of Sales-North, all have exceptional experience and will lead our Emerging Markets division to new heights as well."
Additionally, as a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner, Global CTI Group will continue to grow that practice across both divisions. GCTI will maintain its offices in the Inland Empire, Orange County, Los Angeles County, Bakersfield and Fresno.
