Genocea Names Kenneth Bate to Board of Directors [Professional Services Close - Up](Professional Services Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Genocea Biosciences reported that Kenneth Bate has joined the company's board of directors. Bate will also serve as chairman of the company's Compensation committee and a member of the Audit committee. Bate previously served as president and chief executive officer of Archemix Corp. and NitroMed, chief financial officer of Millennium Pharmaceuticals and Biogen and co-founded JSB Partners.
