Genesys Named Top Place To Work By Glassdoor for 2015

Glassdoor, a jobs and careers community website, compiles the annual award by relying solely on the input of employees, who voluntarily provide feedback on their job, work environment and company through an anonymous online survey.

The survey includes both quantitative and qualitative questions designed to capture a genuine and authentic inside look at what it's like to work at particular jobs and companies. The 50 Best Places to Work are determined using company reviews shared by U.S. based employees who elected to participate in the survey between November 13, 2013 and November 2, 2014. To be considered for the large category, a company must have at least 1,000 or more employees and have received at least 50 company reviews from U.S.-based employees during the window of eligibility.
