G P Bhat is new director of education [Goa] [Times of India](Times of India Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) The state government on Thursday relieved the incumbent director of education, Anil Powar, from service with effect from August 31. G P Bhat, who is currently deputy director of education, has been appointed as the new director.
