Fund Track: Fidelity sued over 401(k) plan fees(Wall Street US Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) Participants in 401(k) plans have lodged a lawsuit against Fidelity Investments for allegedly costly, undisclosed and improper fees. The plaintiffs emphasized the role the mutual fund firm played in handling farm equipment manufacturer Deere & Co's 401(k) plan. Fidelity and Deere - which is also included in the legal action - announced that they would contest the suit.
