[November 25, 2009] Free Corporate SMS for 30 days Tweet (M2 PressWIRE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Avanquest Solutions is offering a fully functional 30 day trial download of their business text messaging software - Text Message Server. Install Text Message Server on your network - the trial comes with 50 free messages - and find out how enterprise SMS technology can improve communications within your organisation. Business users have integrated SMS technology to facilitate desktop text communications with clients - texting is discreet, instant and cost effective. Users in Education have successfully used this technology to reduce the unauthorised absence rate by combining their electronic registration system with SMS notification of absence to parents and to communicate with pupils. Text Message Server allows you to manage your business text messages, inbound and outbound, whether they are system generated or ad-hoc from the user's desktop. Full email integration means little or no training for your users and in-depth audit trails ensure legal compliance. Text Message Server works with almost every business application, 'straight from the box', with the additional API (Application Programming Interface) covering any required 3rd-party software integration. Text messaging to and from the desktop with full email integration - MS Outlook, Lotus Domino/Notes, SMTP SMS from any desktop application Little or no user training required Automated SMS for alerting/notification SMS API for application integration Complete audit trail and in-depth reporting Unlike online SMS offerings, Text Message Server sits within your corporate environment, giving you piece of mind that your business information is secure - all of your messages and contacts are kept confidential and the full audit trail ensures you are within data compliance legislation. Mike Rae, Sales Director at Avanquest said "Because we have designed and developed Text Message Server in-house, we know the software back-to-front. We are therefore able to tailor an SMS system which fits in with your existing infrastructure and exact requirements, plus full implementation, training and ongoing support."
