Five9 extends NetSuite's business management system using SuiteCloud

Five9, a provider of on-demand call center software, has extended NetSuite's integrated enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, and e-commerce suite to call centers using SuiteCloud.
SuiteCloud is NetSuite's offering of on-demand products, development tools and services designed for customers and commercial software developers.
The new integrated solution enables any company of any size to turn their sales, marketing, and customer support or finance department into a call center, which can result in more sales, productivity and lower operational costs, said Five9.
Jim Dvorkin, chief technology officer of Five9, said: "The SuiteCloud development platform has allowed us to create a tightly integrated solution for any call center handling front-office or back-office functions.
