Five Talent Discovery Vendors Approach Recruiting in New Ways, Named as IDC Innovators

International Data Corporation (IDC) has just released an IDC (News - Alert) Innovators report recognizing five talent discovery vendors with revenue under $100 million.

The following solution providers were named as IDC Innovators: Brilent, Entelo, HackerRank, Phenom People, and ROIKOI.

Brilent offers a candidate scoring tool that evaluates past and current candidates against open jobs, identifying existing candidates who may be a good fit. Entelo's solution enables employers to search for candidates from underrepresented groups to ensure a diverse pool of applicants. HackerRank's solution enables candidates to complete challenges to prove their viability and stand out from the competition. Phenom People utilizes IP tracking to deliver a unified candidate job search experience without candidates having to create a profile. And ROIKOI's sourcing tool allows recruiters to reach out to a new hire's network of recommended people during the new employee's onboarding.

"As key practices in recruitment marketing continue to evolve, leading solution providers in talent discovery are rapidly innovating to deliver tools to effectively prospect and pipeline potential candidates that are both powerful and easy to use," said Kyle Lagunas, research manager for IDC's talent acquisition and staffing pracice.

The new report, IDC Innovators: Talent Discovery, 2017 (US42224917) profiles talent discovery vendors with an innovative technology or a groundbreaking new business model or both. The IDC Innovators research document examines talent solution providers with revenue of less than $100 million with a product, service, or business model with a specific use case.

About IDC Innovators

IDC Innovators reports present a set of vendors - under $100M in revenue at time of selection - chosen by an IDC analyst within a specific market that offer an innovative new technology, a groundbreaking approach to an existing issue, and/or an interesting new business model. It is not an exhaustive evaluation of all companies in a segment or a comparative ranking of the companies. Vendors in the process of being acquired by a larger company may be included in the report provided the acquisition is not finalized at the time of publication of the report. Vendors funded by venture capital firms may also be included in the report even if the venture capital firm has a financial stake in the vendor's company.
