Financial Litigation Partner Gabrielle Gould and Counsel Samuel Rubin Join GoodwinGoodwin, a leading Global 50 law firm, announced today that Gabrielle Gould has joined the firm's Financial Industry Practice as a partner and Samuel Rubin has joined as a counsel in the New York office. These appointments follow the recent arrival of Marshall Fishman, who joined as Head of the firm's New York Commercial and Financial Litigation Practice in January. Gould and Rubin represent global financial institutions, private equity firms, corporations and individuals in sophisticated securities and commercial litigation matters in multiple jurisdictions as well as in arbitrations, mediations, regulatory inquiries and internal investigations. They join from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP, where they worked alongside Fishman.
