"Jason knows the personalized ad tech space inside and out," said Tal Riesenfeld, co-founder of Eyeview. "Our company is in a unique position heading into 2015 – video advertising is positioned to drive real results and the demand for personalization is higher than ever for marketers and their audiences. We are very excited to have Jason as a driving force on the team."

Prior to joining Eyeview, Baadsgaard served as senior vice president of sales at Conversant, a personalized digital marketing company, where he was responsible for delivering more than $200 million annual revenue goal frm enterprise-level client engagements. He oversaw a 50 person-plus sales organization while building key relationships with many IR 100 retailers. "The future is promising for Eyeview, and I'm excited to add my unique perspective and experience to the team," said Baadsgaard. "Eyeview is a visionary when it comes to bringing TV-quality video online as thousands of personalized ads—we're combining the power of video with the effectiveness of personalization, technology and data to actually drive sales."

Baadsgaard joins Eyeview's rapidly growing leadership team, which also recently welcomed Anthony Risicato as Chief Strategy Officer and Amy Dolan as Senior Vice President of People Operations. The company has doubled headcount across its four offices over the past 12 months and saw revenue increase two times year-over-year through the expansion of its dominance in the video advertising realm.
