EWAN Inks Agreement with PC Connection Services

SANTA ANA, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- June 8, 2006 -- EWAN 1 Inc. (Pink Sheets:EWAN) today announced that PC Connection Services and EWAN have signed a contract wherein PC Connection Services will be a reseller of EWAN's revolutionary new products for IPTV -- the EWAND and its Enhanced Security Device SecureKey (ESD). EWAN's products are expected to become available early-to mid-third quarter 2006.

The EWAN SecureKey Enhanced Security Device (ESD), which, when plugged into a USB port, enables TV viewers to transform their desktop computer or laptop into a TV wherever they are in the world by accessing EWAN's IPTV programming, including their hometown local stations. Designed and developed by EWAN, ESD is a miniaturized version of its DMC set-top box, scheduled to be marketed later this year.

The ESD provides EWAN subscribers end-to-end Global Internet television service, via the Internet, of multiple channels of "On Demand," unbundled, subscribers choice of content, delivered to subscribers' television screens via any DSL or broadband connection. The EWAND, which resembles an enhanced remote control, communicates directly to the ESD.

EWAN will have access to approximately 80-100 channels of entertainment, news, sports, and every other category of content now being telecast by cable and satellite companies and all other competitors via its wholly-owned Clearview Communications, one of the U.S.'s original cable broadcasters. Subscribers will join a new, private, exclusive TV network at a cost of approximately one-third of what is now charged by existing cable or satellite companies.

Infonetics Research cites in its 2005 IPTV Equipment, Services, and Subscribers report that IPTV is set to skyrocket to 53.7 million subscribers, $44 billion in service revenue by 2009, and the number of IPTV subscribers in North America will increase 12,985% between 2004 and 2009. In addition, according to the Month issue of IP Television Magazine, there were 2.1 million IPTV users worldwide in the first quarter of 2005.
