eWAN Appoints Bruce Palmer as Interim President


SANTA ANA, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- May 9, 2006 -- eWAN1, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EWAN) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Bruce M. Palmer, as eWAN's Interim President. A member of eWAN's management team since the Company's inception, Palmer will take over for Scott Kettle, who has stepped down from the post but will continue to assist the company in a consulting capacity.



Mr. Palmer, a 16 year veteran of the telecommunications industry, co-founded and served as President of Transamerica Management, a Southern California-based telecommunications reseller. Among other executive positions, he also served in the role of Chief Financial Officer of West Coast Operations, for National retailer, Circuit City (NYSE:CC). He holds a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the Walton School of Commerce in Chicago, IL.

Bruce Palmer commented, "eWAN has turned the corner from a company exclusively focused on research and development, to a company focused on the manufacturing and mass marketing of its best-of-breed products and services."
