Ericsson said it will also supply and integrate its convergent streaming solution, which will provide Celcom with a single platform for packet and circuit switched mobile television.

The solution will enable Celcom to offer interactive a mobile TV service that will enable its customers to interact with a show that they are watching on their mobile phone.

Another service made possible with the deployment of this solution is 3G Pocketsports, which uses advanced sports video streaming technology to allow customers to view or share sports-related video through video extraction and video highlights.
