Empower Software Solutions to Showcase Empower Retail Enterprise Solution Suite at NRF 2013

Empower Software Solutions, a leading provider of workforce and human resources (HR) solutions, has announced that it will showcase the Empower Retail Enterprise solution suite at the National Retail Federation's (NRF) BIG Show in New York next week. Empower Retail Enterprise features workforce management capabilities like labor forecasting, scheduling, budgeting and time and attendance. It also includes task management and mobile applications for employees and managers.

EmpowerWFM™, the company's workforce management solution, is used by several of the largest U.S. retailers and grocers. At Empower Software's NRF booth, two clients will provide presentations on the advanced schedulng features in the solution and the positive role the solution has played in customer conversion rates. Notably, both retailers will discuss how scheduling that previously took hours to complete now takes less than 15 minutes.
