Eg Solutions Chief Financial Officer Paul Hoban To Resign(Alliance News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) LONDON (Alliance News) - Software company Eg Solutions PLC said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Paul Hoban has announced his intention to resign from his position and its board of directors. It said it has begun the process of finding a successor for Hoban, who will remain with the company for his notice period, which was not disclosed, in order to help identify a suitable replacement. "We'd like to thank Paul for his hard work and support during the last seven years. He leaves the company with a strong financial reporting function. The board wishes Paul the best of luck with future endeavours," said acting Chief Executive Elizabeth Gooch in a statement.
