Economist Jennifer Vanderhart Joins Analytics Research Group


Analytics Research Group, LLC, a leading provider of economic and statistical consulting services, today announced that economist Jennifer Vanderhart, Ph.D., has joined the Company as a Principal Economist and Managing Director.

Dr. Vanderhart has more than 20 years' experience in the valuation and quantification of economic damages from claims arising as part of patent, copyright or trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, contract disputes, and asset misappropriation. Dr. Vanderhart has testified numerous timesin federal and state courts and in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. She assists companies in patent and trademark licensing negotiations as well as with royalty investigations and calculations. Dr. Vanderhart is also experienced in calculating and determining appropriate data cost-sharing compensation under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and has testified several times in FIFRA arbitration proceedings.



Dr. Vanderhart comes to Analytics Research Group from FTI Consulting. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from Texas A&M University and her B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Trinity University, San Antonio. She is based in Analytics Research Group's Washington D.C. office.
