She will be responsible for the Corporate HR business partner teams as well as managing other corporate HR initiatives in North America. Prior to joining Eaton, Gibbons held HR roles in the defense industry and began her career as an officer in the United States Army. Gibbons holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Washington's Honors College in Seattle, and a master's degree in human relations from the University of Oklahoma's Army Exchange Program in Germany.
