(OTCQB: UNOV) ("EST" or "the Company"), a specialty biotechnology company focused on nutraceuticals and bioceuticals, announces the appointment of Dr. Harvey Katz as CEO effective today. Dr. Issa El-Cheikh has stepped down as the CEO and is now the CFO. Dr. Katz is a seasonal professional with an extensive background in science, chemistry, engineering and the public arena. He was asked and accepted an appointment to an economic committee and was honored with a presidential medal for his contributions to the party and country.
